            The Breeder reserves the right of first pick from each new litter we provide;                           however, the breeder may choose not to take a pup from each litter.

At Emma Hope's Aussiedoodles, our priority... our goal is to find the right forever home for each of our puppies. 

We reserve the right to refuse the sale or transfer of any pup, to anyone, we feel isn't the right fit for our precious pups.   

Emma Hope's Aussiedoodles does sell not breeding rights for any of our pups.  

     * No puppy will be released from our care until our Buyer / Seller Contract (Agreement) has been ratified by both the Buyer, and the Seller.
